Tom/Jan,

Congrats on the video/vodcast. I like it - the real power of it is evident when you did the demo of the site with Jan.

Touristr's a very nice site. Simple and clean and lots of social web functionality.

We're a little biased here at DUBLIN.net but we would agree with Jan in the sense that location might be the next web dimension to be fully explored, esp. in light of Google's street level views touted for Google Maps.

On a personal note - love the interviews (esp. the startup ones - they tend to be the ones I need on a Monday morning as we face another working week...)

Hi

Nice idea, I'm just not sure how this is anything new when there are quite a few aggregated travel services out there that do this stuff already?

[...] No more hiding, since this morning TouristR's beta is open to the world. Check out our first video/demo interview on Podleaders earlier this week. A lot of talking and little nerves and a big thanks to Tom for the opportunity to converse. We're in Copenhagen at Reboot today and just got a last minute slot for a short demo! and our organic cotton launch T shirts are nearly all gone!. There's a great buzz here, lot's of very interesting talks and discussions. Best conference of the year so far. [...]
